Listen To Letter

Dear Life,

Love is existence. I have seen the tree branches swaying nests of chickadees, slowly in the wind, like a mother comforting a toddler. I have seen the promise that nature has made to the earth, to continue blooming new trees and plants, after the harshness of the bitter winter cold. When the autumn months usher in, I have seen the trees immerse themselves in vibrant hues of pinks, reds, oranges, berries, and yellows, imitating the many colors of a sunrise, the start of a new day. When the sky turns dark, I have seen the stars embellish the night sky, making a sacred promise to the people, that even in darkness they will see some light. I have also seen the sun that has promised to humbly provide its light to the world, to help sustain life on earth. There is no wonder on this planet or beyond, that can compare to the wonder of love. Love is the breath of life, and an elixir. I remember one day, when I was calling God inside of me, I heard my own voice. Through my voice, a divine message came through:

“Be not afraid of the times, for the darkness in it will fade. The revenue you hold in your hands as good karma, will reap you many rewards. Tell me the words upon your lips speak of truth and love. Give me your hand and I will give you, my staff. Be good like a lamb at the same time, have the knowing of a wolf until I bring my kingdom forth to you. The world you live in bears the weight of your feet, and as you mine from the earth, know that the core of her is truly burdened and not good. I will bathe you in sacred waters and cleanse you from the earthly dirt. For my heart knows that you shall rise above death. As your eyes tear up from the dust of the earth, and as you leave behind that which is not pure, I shall see to it that your attachments are severed. For it is only I that you have a true bond with. The light you bear inside of you is one with my light. It shall bring you past the darkness and to me. When you walk through the night, there will be thieves who want to take from you. But know that no such thief exists whom can take you from me.”

That was it! There it was…God’s love flowing through me, via this sacred message. I was speechless; Dumbfounded! Every time I read the sacred message, there is a feeling of warmth that engulfs my aura. It is the same feeling that I get when I get a warm embrace from a loved one. This message is music to my ears, a melody so beautiful, that I can listen to it again and again. Often, we try to justify such experiences with logic and practicality, but I say the magic of the word of God, cannot be expressed in such a way. As much as an enfant’s cry may be out of a physical need, it cannot be denied that such a cry is also a yearning for a mother’s love, something that cannot be expressed with words, let alone justified in practical or logical terms. Life is a complex web of entanglements consisting of karma, and sin. This web is burdensome, so burdensome that one could easily get trapped in it. The only way that you can alleviate this burden is through love, the most generous gift from the mighty lord, God. If you know God, then you may be free from worldliness, but if you only know worldliness, then you may very well be freeing yourself from God. That’s why every decision that you make, and every breath you take should stem from love. Love after all is the reason we live.
